Michele Meyer is the award-winning Founder and President of CSCI.

Since starting CSCI in 2002, Michele has guided the growth of our company into a successful business on the national stage, supporting enterprise projects within the U.S. Department of Defense and state and local government agencies, while also forming long-standing partnerships with commercial clients. Michele brings robust public sector expertise in Project and Acquisition Management, Business Process Reengineering, Enterprise Transformation, and End-to-End Information Technology solutions. Michele is an authority on implementing best practices, having transformed business processes, rescued large-scale projects, and garnered respect and recognition from major international consulting firms.

Locally recognized for business excellence and surpassing growth rates, Michele was selected as a member of the 2012 Indianapolis Business Journal's Forty under Forty, named the 2011 Business Woman Owner of the Year by the National Association of Woman Business Owners, and featured in the Indianapolis Woman’s Magazine November 2010 issue for leading CSCI to meteoric success.

Michele is a passionate advocate of Indianapolis-area non-profit organizations and the business community, including the United Way Tocqueville Society, Girls Inc., Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, TechPoint Mira Awards, Women Integrating Leaders, and the National Association of Woman Business Owners.
